WHAT WE DO
MULTIFAMILY SYNDICATION
We acquire & manage apartment communities where we can increase the value of the property under our ownership and streamline
management and technology systems. We will syndicate the investment opportunity with our investor partners.
MULTIFAMILY VALUE ADD
We acquire & renovate apartment communities. We specialize in deferred properties and reposition them into great income producing assets. We favor the top 75 MSA markets with favorable business climates, renter demographics and colleges or universities nearby. We love areas whereby we see future redevelopment and improvements. Up and coming neighborhoods are a plus.
MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPMENT
BP is vertically integrated with general construction, development, real estate brokerage multifamily management. We control vital trades. This gives us a competitive advantage with costs, time and project control. With a long history of multifamily development experience, the Brennan Pohle Group seeks to provide new construction urban infill projects to the San Diego area.

Who We Partner With?
Individuals
Our investors can invest as little as $50,000 in most of our syndicated projects, and can typically be accredited or non-accredited. We work closely with our investors to understand their investment needs and the suitability of our syndicated investment projects to help them meet their goals.

We are able to offer institutional investors preferred equity in most of our projects, and work closely to match up institutional investors with appropriate opportunities.
Family offices
We encourage Family Office principals to diversify and consider value-add real estate in properties that have upside and long-term appreciation potential.

After countless discussions with high net worth individuals we understand their investing philosophy and needs. The in-depth individualized process we have created is able to help them find, purchase, and manage properties that meet their specific risk, cash flow, and time needs.
Our Story
The BP Group started in the back of a San Diego grad-school in 2006. "During break Chris and I began talking about apartments and how we love rental property because of the safety and security it provides for long term wealth and retirement. The next thing we knew... we bought our first $100,000 condo in 2010 and then bought our first 4 plex and then we had several million in assets. It has grown and grown to where we are.
