The Brennan Pohle Group is a partner with an investment group to permit a ground up construction project in San Diego for 19 units. A portion of the base units will be very low income affordable. This allows the investment group to expand the footprint, increase returns and make the project feasible. Construction estimated to begin late 2020 early 2021.
